Use of the service
Tokenfable Logo lets you generate logos from a text description. Use it only as these terms allow.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
License
You own the logos you generate and can use them. Paid users may use them commercially.
No guarantee of trademark clearance
We do not guarantee that a logo is unique or free to register as a trademark. Please do your own checks before you use a logo for your brand.
Acceptable use
- Do not create illegal, infringing or hateful content.
- Do not abuse the service or scrape it.
Intellectual property
The Tokenfable platform, including its software and branding, belongs to TokenCraft Studios LLP.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
